
This year is predicted to be one of the best years yet for personal growth with the focus on creating a new and improved you!
Now that we have seen our fair share of the snow, we need to make sure that as we get ready for the warmer weather and begin to increase our activity level, our footwear is up to date as we gradually increase our activity level. Going too hard, too fast, will create more injuries and will stunt us from reaching our fitness goals.
As you get into your new workout regimen and find that there is pain developing in feet, ankles, knees, hips or lower back, take a moment to look at your footwear and even consider having your Certified Pedorthist assess your biomechanics and gait to make sure you are aligned properly to take you to the next level with your fitness goals.
This year is all about improving yourself and making sure you are the best you can be.
